The Nabi Effect & More
My Birthday and Next Steps

September 6th is here again. Another year older, I think the difference between last year and this year was that I accomplished something that I thought was impossible. I was able to travel to South Korea not once but twice. I am headed back in November for another 90 days. It was amazing and I actually miss being over there but due to my children being in here the US. I come back and forth, it's worth it. They get to spend time with their father and I get still to study, write, build a business, and travel the world.
This was a complex situation because so many people were against it and that is due to the fact that in this society we live in, a mom still chasing her goals and dreams is considered selfish. The question I kept getting was "You just abandoned your children " and in my head, I was like, they are with their father. We are not together and he is allowed to have them also. This is not a one-person job even though I have been doing most of it by myself up until this point when I decided that he should be able to have them for a while also. They don't always have to be with me and maybe, I was giving him the misunderstanding that he had a choice on being an active participant. We don't have to be together for him to be active, not just a bystander. But that is a message for a different post.
Year 36 and I am slowly recovering from this relationship, but moving forward in some of my other goals and dreams. Keep an eye out for me on Social Media promoting my business and brand.
